Bird Down Lodge offers high quality guided South Dakota walleye fishing packages on Lake Oahe, South Dakota.

The Walleye numbers as well as the quality of fish on the Missouri River / Lake Oahe are astonishing. Whether you want to pitch jigs or pull crank baits you will have a great time catching fish. It is not uncommon to catch up to a 100 fish in a day.

Walleye Fishing Packages:
- $1000 3 days / 4 nights all inclusive
- Includes lodging, meals, license, guide, boat, bait, rods, tackle, all means of transportation, cleaning and packaging of fish.

Single Day Walleye Fishing Package:
- Single day fishing trips also available
- $300 per day - 1 to 2 people per boat
- $375 per day - 3 people per boat

Does not include lodging (which is available) meals, or fishing license.

Lake Oahe South Dakota - About where we will take you fishing: Lake Oahe is a man-made reservoir on the Missouri River located in central South Dakota. Lake Oahe is famous as being one of the great walleye producing lakes in the United States. We have learned about the walleyes and their habits in this great lake, and use that knowledge to to get you on the fish. Like most any other walleye lakes, you can find them on mudflats, buried structures, rocks, drop-offs and other areas depending on the various conditions.

Lake Oahe is one of the best walleye factories in America. Sitting on the Missouri River, the awe you experience while fishing on the sparkling waters of the Missouri River and by taking in the surrounding scenery reminiscent of the old Wild West, is unforgettable. This area of South Dakota is full of rich Native American history, including the great Sioux Chief Sitting Bull's grave site. But most of all, it is about the great South Dakota Walleye fishing!
